Unfortunately tonight was my last trip to this Urban Outfitters. While there was a very kind staff member who helped my son get a mask, thank you! The manager of the store was unable to assist when the sole checkout clerk struggled for over 10 minutes attempting to checkout a couple who’s credit card continued to be declined. As I waited with my children I noticed the manager chatting to another employee in the front of the store so I politely asked if he could assist us with our purchase, he proceeded to inspect the struggling clerk whom he did not try to help and told me “just wait”. I laid down our items and departed. I said to him as we were walking out, “I wish you cared”. Because I really do wish he cared. Goodbye Urban Outfitters. -a Former Loyal Customer

Me and my significant other had a wonderful experience with the Lady in the jewelry department, she was amazing, she was pleasantly nice and helpful, I think she was from Ireland, Or London amazing attitude and very patient…. One of the best H&Ms I have ever been to. Everything was so neat and clean. Very spacious. They had a great selection that most stores I don’t think have. Can’t wait to return.

Staff is great (attentive, efficient, and nice for the most part). Store is well organized but the checkout line can definitely be slow at times both due to the system and clients. Parking is quite difficult as well so do keep that in mind.

I always love the amount of great clothing choices H&M. Even though this location is busy and slightly understaffed the employees are kind and are working hard. The employee who checked us out was so patient and kind. All and all would definitely recommend a visit here.

The staff is amazing… sweet and always ready to tell you the honest truth if you ask! I love to go there and browse and relax after work. I always end up with something to add to my vast Anthropologie wardrobe…!!! Keep up the incredible experience!

Stop by this store during our stay in Miami South beach. I love their clothing styles, even though it is not a men store 😂. My fiance tried a few different styles and I loved it. I think their quality is good too. Bought a few clothing options from here.

Absolutely love Free People!! Went into the store today with my husband and spent over $500 in clothing. Customer service really really bad. Manager and sales lady NOT PLEASANT AT ALL!!!! Found them to be very snobby and rude. I expect better service!? Hello where are your manners? Don’t work with the public if your so miserable and don’t care about how you make people feel. Very disappointed since I’m a loyal shopper

Honestly, I hate shopping to begin with. Add in discount stores with no sales force on the floor and no functioning bathrooms and I can’t get out of there fast enough. Just plain gross. Other Ross stores are better than this one. Lincoln Road twenty – five years ago was Mom & Pop Stores – sadly, no more

If you have patience and a good eye you will find amazing deals at this Ross department store or just about any other Ross department store out there. Many times you will find $100 items for under $15 at this department store. If you have the patience it’s a total win-win to shop at this department store.

This dummy wanted me to try my clothes on OVER my clothes. No fitting rooms. How is someone supposed to shop for a good fit if your expected to try clothes on over your own clothes. I suspect they’re doing okay with the numerous “employees” standing around playing on their phones and vaping everywhere. There are better tourist traps. Go elsewhere.

Loved it until I got ROBBED by the cashier!!!! I had to pay partial with credit card and cash money, when I came home I realized I paid 20$ more. The next day I went to talk with the manager and she said there was no extra money!!!! ROBBED just like that!

Stocked very well. I give this Ross 5 stars because of the Excellent customer service given by Supervisor Ms. Betty and cashier Ralph. Had a small incident with a floor associate and they turned my 1 star to a 5. Will continue to return and tell other to come to this location also. Good job guys 👍👏

Very rude and unprofessional stuff. Don’t sit here, don’t stay there, go away… I’ve been to many Rosses before but this one is the worst so far thanks to the stuff that work there. A lot more friendly people work in the nearby T.J.Maxx. Whoever from the management is reading this – teach you stuff to be friendly may be?

Great store! Huge selection of merchandise! You can find outfit for any occasion and the staff is very good at what they do! I needed nice dresses for an official dinner and they styled me completely with all the accessories! They even have my favorite Schutz shoes, which I’ve been looking for months! In a very good price! I was very happy! And the dinner appeared to be very successful!

I used to shop at Big Drop when I lived in NYC, I had no idea there was one down here in Miami. I went here yesterday for the first time. All I can say is they have the greatest selection of clothes, everything very trendy and in style right now, the same as their NY stores, I was helped by Jackie, she was amazing, I am very picky and she helped me for over an hour and was super patient with me too. I love my new illesteva sunglasses and Beachbunny swimsuit. I was staying in 1 Hotel, and stumbled across this just outside their lobby, thanks again guys, great store and I look forward to going back soon!

A very cool and unique store with walls filled with antique sewing machines. The prices are expensive, so I recommend shopping their sales online they have amazing prices. But they do have some cool pieces in-store, most of which are very well-made. They have dressing rooms as well.

Came in today looking to kill some time and pick up something cute. Asked a staff member—who was perfectly friendly and helpful—where the plus section was. It’s a three story shop, you’d think they had plenty of room. But, “I’m sorry, we’ve discontinued plus-sized clothing at this store.” Yikes. Nice job, corporate.

I always have a great experience at this Superdry. Everyone is always helpful. Thalia is a superstar. She is always extra helpful. I’m indecisive, but she always helps me figure out what looks best on me. She is sweet and has tons of personality. I always leave smiling after interacting with her.
