Be aware that this lot is usually a maximum of 2 hours weather you pay by meter or by the ParkMobile app. That being said, this lot could use a fresh coat of asphalt as there are many potholes in spaces from leaky cars and lots of standing puddles of car-fluid in the spaces. When it rains, there is also poor drainage in this lot and you may have difficulty reaching your car.
