This footlocker was nice inside but the employees were horrible!!! The store manager, Andrea was horrible she gave me attitude and looked at me weird. Horrible management i’ve ever seen. Never again will i go there i don’t recommend at all !

This is located inside Bayside a tourist stop, so overly priced and not much of a selection. Well some what easy to get to by the metro mover.

The most awesome brands and selection, I visited the store whilst on holiday in Miami, since coming back to New Zealand I have purchased shoes from them and will again and again. Top service from Remi, goes out of his way on customer service and over delivers what he promises. Super happy and love this store.

They’re no refund policy is not shown at check out, you have to go to the returns/exchange page to see that they only offer store credit and even if I wanted to exchange the shoes it requires me to pay for shipping to get the shoes back to the store then wait for a gift card and then order the shoes again in the correct size paying shipping again. So now I’m stuck with these shoes that don’t fit or paying shipping and waiting just to get a gift card that can’t buy the shoes again

Local store, they have a different vibe compared to other shops.. organized place, expect some community brands, as well as higher end products. What I love most about the store is the shoes hanging from the rope if you looks above (while inside). Thank you SG 🤌🏻✨

Great Service. I went to the shop to sell some Jordan’s and they inspected is so well. Didn’t sell there because they know what shoes are and mine were a tad bit used and they didn’t buy so sucked for me but amazing inspection. I trust these people 1000%. Hope you guys trust them to great shop.

Don’t buy here guys this store and the owner are trash. Liars they sell u fake shoes for the prices of original ones …. I would never recommend this place to anybody . They sell top quality fake sneakers thinking u don’t know about shoes . We have proof of this we are not talking by mouth only .

Eeeh, I would’ve given it less if it weren’t for staff. They are very nice to customers. The prices are pretty high for a shoe, but it’s high quality so I can’t really judge. But it’s a pretty good Foot Locker. Recommend!

I shopped at this Shoe Palace recently and was assisted by a great worker there name Micheal. He went above and beyond to assist with all the customers in the store. He also had an associate it seems like he might be name, I think his name was Bobby he was helpful as well. Much better experience at this Shoe Palace then the one at Dadeland Mall. I forgot the worker name from yesterday but he was completely rude but I excused him because he seems as if he was only 19 the most. My advice spend your money at Bayside or South Beach Shoe Palace where they value the importance of their customers and treat them great.

HORRIBLE customer service >>> They been having this one long dread haired young boy there taking care of the store but doesn’t really take care of anything. My family and I are SUPER loyal customers who only shop at the foot lockers and champ companies for all our stuff, and for us to be treated like that is RIDICULOUS. All I been needing is to do a simple quick size exchange for these specific red pumas I had purchased and the dude just completely for no reason just did not want to do it! I actually used to work for this company a few years ago and exchanges (especially for just a size swap ) is super easy and super ALLOWED. Now I’m forced to call corporate and waste more time that I didn’t want to waste just so I can get this done…these shoes are just sitting here -_-….they’re just half a size too little for me -_- … #pissed!

I visited this store on Friday and I loved it, they have a very good selection of running shoes, I was served by a girl and she knew everything I needed to choose the perfect pair for me, the atmosphere is energetic and I would definitely recommend it to find the best shoe for running.
