Booked a 90 minute tour for myself and my 2 sons whom had never been on a jet ski previously. We had a blast and it was the highlight of the vacation! Hector was very accommodating for new riders and we explored a large area plus had some free time to have fun. He was also very aware of potential boat traffic. I highly recommend!

Best experience I had definitely worth the money they were very helpful, 20 minutes show tour and the rest was free time. First time jet skiing by myself and Alex & Jess was definitely easy to talk to help out the whole way. Felt safe and had a great time

11-20-2021 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Had the Jet Ski tour this morning with Brian and a group of other tourists! Brian was an exceptionally good tour guide! He is very knowledgeable and so patient with those who especially if it was their first time jet skiing. Great service & such a fun time! Thanks Brian! Booked an hour jet ski rental through this site and when we got there the actual jet ski vendor didn’t have any record or reservation for me and my wife. Very difficult to get ahold of them. I would recommend saving your money and going elsewhere. Still haven’t been refunded.

Hey, total 5 stars! The staff was super easy going and communicated very well with us about pick up times and location. We waited 5 minutes for the ferry out to the jet skis. Once at the ski rental the husband and wife team on board were amazing teachers as we had a first timer and they took time to go over safety information. Total professionals. The area we were given to ride in wasn’t like the beach rentals where you have 100 yards back and forth or even relegated to the intracoastal, instead we had full run of the cove at Miami Marine Stadium. We rented two skis for two hours and shared it amongst the three of us and had a blast. We are already planning our return visit! Total recommendation.

Parasailing was a great time. Captain Pierre and Kyle were nothing short of amazing. Showed us a great time and Kyle took some awesome photos. Made Miami that much better.

BUYERS BE AWARE: This is not a location to get your jetski or other water sports. It is so stupid not to include that this location is an office in their title and if you want to get your jetski you should drive 30 minutes out of the miami beach. We lost our 20% deposit/100 dollars cause we didn’t want to pay 60 dollars for Uber and 1 hour for commuting. Worst experience!!!

If you use Groupon it is a Scam! With the Groupon they charge you more than just a walk in. Their prices fluctuate! If you paid to get there and for the Groupon you feel obligated to pay whatever fake fees they charge you. Says it’s $65+tax when they are charging $166 for 2 people. We even called and asked before we bought the Groupon! Nothing was said about extra charges. Apparently after all the reviews is where they tell you about extra charges, not while you check out.

We had a wonderful experience with jet ski rentals here. Check-in with Patty went seamlessly. While out on the water, Santiago (jet ski guide) was incredibly patient, kind and helpful. I have done jet ski rentals before and this place was by far my best experience! 10/10 would recommend if you’re looking for a fun and safe jet ski experience. We had a blast!

I was a little skeptical at first but decided I had to leave a review after my amazing experience. The staff was friendly and nice. They were also very informative because it was my first time getting on a jet ski. I had a great time and would recommend this place. It was hassle free unlike other places I checked out. I personally enjoyed my experience.

Terrible customer service. Get ready to wait for an hour and talk to people who barely speak and understand English. Also, you cannot go everywhere on the water. Their water area in which you can jet ski is very limited. Bad experience for sure.

Great place!!! Chris has been helpful and all the guys have customers care. Very good price and nice Jet skis, location is great inside the Mondrian hotel. I recommend it to all Jet ski ennthusiast or for family tours in the beautiful area.

My Tour Guy was Niko and he was awesome constantly looked back to make sure I was ok as a first time jet ski rider…. keep us interested with the fun facts of Miami and while on a tour still made us feel comfortable to flow as we wanted to while following the rules of the water! …..water is salty and sucks when it gets in your eyes and mouth 😭

These guys are amazing!! We had an amazing time. They are very gracious, polite, and fun! They really provide a personalized experience like no other! They showed us the beauty of Miami whether on the boat or on the jet ski! The jet ski instructor was amazing as well. He took us out and let us have fun while looking out for our well being. These guys are the best of the best!

Edison was the best tour guide. We had so much fun we didn’t feel limited at all to what we could do. Everyone was so professional during our tour and we got to see some dolphins too ! They took pictures of us as well which was really nice because you may not want to bring your phone on the jet skis. 10/10 would recommend and absolutely do another jet ski tour with these guys !

Our trip was amazing! The views were beautiful and it was a relaxing ride to and from the jet skis. The jet skis were a blast! The captain was informative and knowledgeable and was even able to give us some good advice on getting a true taste of Miami. The instructor was super nice and helpful!

Super fun and great COVID friendly activity. Staff is super friendly and the boat was very clean and comfortable. Seats are adjustable which was very nice when peddling. Would definitely recommend!

A snorkeling experience with Captain Pablo is a an absolute necessity if you’re in Miami! We saw tons of fish and our Captain was super friendly and accommodating. It was incredible to relax on the boat and we had an amazing time snorkeling! Captain Pablo is the best, don’t hesitate, just book!

Such a fun boat tour! We did the water tubing and jet ski package. It was only my group on the boat, which made it very Covid friendly. Captain Sasha showed us all celebrity homes/ yachts and was very informative about the city! He also took videos and pictures for us as we were doing the activities. They had a speaker in which we played our own music, and we were also able to bring our own water and snacks. We were concerned about the weather since it called for rain, but was told to wait the next morning to see if it’ll change & it did. It was a great experience.

We absolutely had the best time boating around south beach with Empire Miami Boating! We did 3-7pm time and it was magical as we got to swim, and at night got to see sparkling lights of Miami skyline. Daniel (owner) was super nice from the start of our communications, provided us a captain, and was awesome! Boat was clean, plenty of shade. Will definitely rent from them again!

I love the online reservation system. Its easy and keeps people healthy and safe from any of the crazy viruses that keeps comin out. And with so many things to do, like jet skis and the alligator boat tour etc. I dont have to waste my vacation time searching for things to do. They have everyhing you would want to do.
