Quick and easy breakfast. Nothing fancy, but it’s fresh and fast. Grab and go, or sit on the patio. Not too overly priced for Miami Beach. No free coffee refills, but it does hit the spot if you’re looking for a standard breakfast with fresh semi-healthy options. Nice sandwiches, juices and pastry options.

I had breakfast for several days at this place, during my 10-day visit to Miami. Had been here before, 7 years ago and I remembered how good the latte was. Still super good. What I like most, besides the pastries and excellent coffee is the kindness of the employees- all of them. As a tourist, I like places that are not in a hurry (like Starbucks). The employees are always patient with tourists that want to ask for the options and understand the menu! They are super nice!!!

Cappuccino was excellent 👌 I loved my chocolate crossing pastry. Hot Chocolate was also great to taste. Loved the start of the day.

When I walked in last week and saw the pastries they looked a little pale in color and not so appetizing, I thought maybe the coffee wouldn’t be good so I left. But This morning I was passing by and decided to give the coffee a try. I am sooo happy I did. It was really good. Creamy and smooth. I ordered the small latte. :)everyone is so nice.

I can pass by 50 coffee shops just to drink that delicious freshly roasted coffee. They roast their own coffee, apparently they are precise with their brew ratio because my coffee didn’t taste watery or bitter. Feels great to find a specialty coffee shop in Miami Beach. Their espresso is bold and acidity is just perfect. Kudos, great coffee.

Yep, awesome coffee! Was smooth and just the right temperature… for those who can appreciate a good cup of coffee, they make it at about 120 degF, not then usual 150-170. The acid in the coffee becomes less profound. Make sure to request a warmer coffee if you prefer it hot

This review is based off the coffee alone, not any other drinks. I gave this place 2 stars because the staff was extremely friendly. I thought about 3 stars because of how friendly the staff was, but your staff shouldn’t be carrying your business by 2 stars. There needs to be some additional training on the Expresso bar. A Coloda isn’t something that should be coming out awful, it’s fairly easy to make. The latte was about what you’d expect from a latte, but I expect more flavor from the espresso considering the prices they change compared to others in the Miami area.

Worst Starbucks I’ve ever seen! Everything in slomo, 7 employees but only 1 taking order….pretty long line! Restrooms only 1 …and a 7 person row! Homeless washing, well they need to use restrooms also, but more or bigger ones would not be bad! Well finally drinking cold coffee!

Since I work around the corner, I frequently make a quick order here in the mornings. Double check your pick up orders just in case, as a couple of times things have been missing, but, overall they are pretty solid. The service is nice as well.

Everything is overpriced. If you think $6 for a 12 oz bottle isn’t profit gouging, you’ll love this place. Only—wait—it’s more than that! Everything is! You’ll pay a built in 20% service charge for literally everything for sale. That $6 water? It’s actually $7.20. For the mathematically impaired (the target audience for the Loews hotel), that equates to $76.80 a gallon for water. I make plenty of money and can afford this. That isn’t the point. Price gouging is wrong. And it’s disrespectful to customers, if not ethically questionable. Needless to say, will not return.

2 stars for being way to expensive for what it was. 7$ for a medium iced mocha come on Loews hotel i get it you want to make money but thats just a rip off. Step out and visit Rosetta Bakery 5 min walk or next door espresso for better food.

This place is a literal hidden gem! Covered in plants and flowers, this is a lovely spot for breakfast and coffee. Their cappuccino was made with Colombian coffee and was delicious. Charlie was also very helpful and kind.

Amazing, not cheap, but excellent. The menu and food quality was a step well above most Keys eateries. The service was on par with the price point. Nestled in the third floor with outdoor dining make the views and ambiance unbearable.

My go to Starbucks but very rarely does it have the flavor of a normal Starbucks. Service is slow and employees rush at times. Never have I experienced rude cashiers though.

Wow the staff here are sooooo aggressive and rude. Particularly the lady taking orders. Another customer commented on it also. I can’t imagine it to be much fun doing their job but at least try to be respectful (at least to themselves)

Always order take out from here. Ingredients are fresh, food delicious, staff friendly and the order is always ready for the time we put. This is a great local gem that I would definitely recommend visiting.
