Location and Directions
The Miami Beach N4 municipal parking garage is conveniently located at 900 18th Street, Miami Beach, FL 33139. It is easily accessible by bike and car and the street is located immediately off of Washington Avenue and the MacArthur Causeway.
Driving Directions:
Take the 836 W to exit 5B onto I-395 East. Take exit 4A towards Miami Beach/Arthur Godfrey Road. Turn right onto Arthur Godfrey Road and continue straight onto 18th Street for .7 miles until you reach the destination on your left-hand side.
Public Transit:
Take the Metrobus 1 to Arthur Godfrey Road & Purdy Avenue to Bellavista Circle & Dade Blvd and from there it’s a five-minute walk south down 18th Street until you reach your destination on left-hand side. You can also take the bus S or Surfside Blue Shuttle 2 (SFB2) for an additional three minutes of walking time.

The Miami Beach Parking N4 Municipal Parking Garage offers a variety of payment options to meet your needs. Customers may pay in cash, by credit card, and select smart phones apps. Prices vary depending on the length of your stay. Rates are as follows:
- Up to 2 hours: $3
- Up to 3 hours: $5
- Up to 4 hours: $10
- Up to 5 hours: $14
- 6 & more hours up to 10am the following day: $18
- Lost ticket fee, if applicable, is a flat rate of $18 per entry time. Motorcycles and mopeds pay half the fee of 1 car.
After paying for parking, customers are required to display their parking tickets on their dashboard or windshield with all information clearly visible from the outside of the vehicle at all times; failure to do so may result in a parking violation. Hours of Operation
The Miami Beach Municipal Parking Garage is open for operation 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Motorists entering before 6am or after 10pm will pay the same off-peak rate of $4 per hour. Peak-time rates are applicable from 6am to 10pm and are based on the length of vehicle occupancy in the garage:
$4 per hour for up to 3 hours
$8 per hour for 3-6 hours
$14 per hour after 6 hours
Upon exiting, motorists will have a maximum of 15 minutes to pay before their tickets expires. Payment can be made by cash (all major currencies accepted), credit/debit card, or prepaid card at any one of our kiosks located throughout the facility.

Rules & Regulations
The Miami Beach & 4th Municipal Parking Garage provides convenient and affordable parking for area residents, businesses, and visitors alike. In order to maximize the safety and convenience of all individuals using the facility, there are certain rules that must be followed. It is the responsibility of all persons parking in this garage to ensure their vehicle is in compliance with all policies.
General Rules & Regulations:
-Vehicles must be parked within designated lines and areas as marked on the ground or by signage.
-Only authorized vehicles may park in the four Municipal Parking Garages.
-Payment for parking must be made upon entering the facility (Cash or Credit/Debit Card accepted).
-No fire hazards allowed (propane tanks, gas canisters, or gas cans).
-No loose debris such as trash should be left in any part of the facility.
-Properly dispose of cigarettes and smoking materials in designated receptacles located throughout the garage.
-Alcoholic beverages are strictly prohibited outside of authorized areas and inside of individual vehicles parked within the garage at all times.
Vehicle Specific Rules & Regulations:
-No construction material is allowed to be stored or loaded in any vehicle while it remains parked within a City owned lot/garage (e.g., gravel, cement blocks, etc.).
-Trucks and other recreational vehicles must have a permit from our office prior to using any City owned lot/garage and display it prominently on their dashboard where visible from outside of vehicle during entire period of usage citing specific reason for use per ordinance D5 15 05F4A08A0F4A quoted ‘No item over 6ft tall shall park without paying an additional fee’ per D5 15 05F4B09G0F4B which also states ‘Your truck size may not exceed 9′ length x 8′ width x 9′ height’ when stopped in permitted spaces within City garages.
