Wow! Excellent service! All the staff was very accommodating! Our room was clean and comfortable! The entire hotel was clean! Shout out to Melvin and Carlos and Bruce! Also the kitchen staff! We were very pleased with our stay! We will be back!

LOVED this hotel so much we kept extending our stay! Our room was PERFECT. AC worked great! Bed was great (and not broke down) The room attendants did a wonderful job keeping up with our desire for fresh towels and coffee pods! The beach attendants were great! They set us up with towels and an umbrella , quickly and with a pleasant smile!.. and that includes the restaurant steward working the beach. The pool area was perfect, although it could have used a few more chairs. Thankfully, the pool area music was not at club level volume, it was perfect. Front desk staff was incredibly nice and efficient…each time we extended our stay! WELL DONE!

The location of the hotel was great. Unfortunately wine fest was being set up for later in the week so direct access to the beach was unavailable. This was a BIG reason we chose this hotel. We had to take a long walk AROUND the section of beach that was closed off directly in front of The Sagamore to get to the beach. The pool area was nice and felt recently updated. EVERY bar and restaurant invoice at this hotel has a 20% gratuity added onto it. Some bar staff tried to hide this by just handing a credit card bill to sign at the end of the evening. Asked for the detailed bill and there it was. Good to know before you wind up double tipping. The room was musty! Decor was dated (who paints hallways black in Florida??) The room did not feel like it had been cleaned thoroughly, the mirrors were dirty and there was less than half a roll of toilet paper in the bathroom. And while the pool area was great, the bathrooms were messy and uncared for. Door and parking staff were excellent. Not recommended. There is very little value for the price charged here. 🙁 We were disappointed but made the best of our time by enjoying the fabulous view off of our balcony once we were able to figure out how to open the sliding glass doors broken mechanisms.

This was a fun hotel, but overpriced and a little shabby. Almost $800 a night for a suite. I would have been better off booking an Airbnb. Problems started when I couldn’t get into the room because the lock was broken. The place was also dirty. The hot tub was lined with mold.

I’m sorry sheets are not new. Somehow miraculously you have new sheets after I post negative review. Your response is that of someone who could care less about people’s health and comfort. You cannot charge 800 and 900 a nite and provide such filth and chalk it up to comparable prices in the area. You should refund me and every other person at your hotel but we know that won’t happen. But foe heavens sake that place needs to be sterilized from top to bottom before anymore guests stay there. Please send me your email so I can send you a photo of the sheets.

So we were a bit hasty with this reservation and jumped on the Crown Plaza name, don’t make the same mistake. Its not really a hotel, there are no services- you have to request clean towels and room clean… it’s a condo building masquerading as a hotel. It’s all a bit dated and dingy. In fairess the bed was comfortable but that us really the only positive thing. I wouldn’t recommend this place even with the good location for South Beach. Go back to Google find somewhere else.

I really enjoyed our stay here. The rooms were super nice. Great location and the restaurant was amazing for breakfast and happy hour. I would honestly stay here again. I wish the pool didn’t close at 6pm though.

After a horrible night at another hotel our credit card company helped us rebook at The Boulan. From the moment we walked in we felt catered to. The staff at the front desk (daytime shift with long dirty blonde hair) was fabulous. She really made us feel welcome and took care of our needs. We would love to stay here again.

5 star hotel. Excellent service. Excellent breakfast buffet. Right in the middle of Collins road. That’s right where you need to be. 9 times out of 10 I’m staying there again when I go back to Miami. I highly recommend this hotel. Can’t go wrong staying here.

We have mixed reviews. Hotel is clean and service is impeccable. Everyone from front desk, to bartender, to poolside, to beach service (towels, chairs, etc) were extremely helpful, upbeat, etc. Hotel is in great location and has good amenities (bar, pool, restaurant, etc). The issue I have is that two of the three elevators were out of commission!!! Really!!?? For that kind of price? Luckily we were only on the 5th floor so it was easy enough for us to take the stairs. But there are over 12 floors. How does a Marriott, at this price range, allow only one working elevator. FYI, our stay was a romantic weekend.

Very nice hotel on the beach. Super clean. Awesome location. Aromatherapy in lobby meets you upon entry. Great beach service with towels & chairs! Amazing yoga teacher offered daily! ❤

Overall I was very satisfied with my stay. The shower in my unit could use a little work . But overall everything was great. Plenty of amenities shampoo conditioner make up remover towelettes hair dryer beach chairs and umbrellas. The mini kitchen was a plus. I enjoyed the lively music from the restaurant below. Yes it was noisy but I was not bothered at all! Besides it was mentioned during the booking that there was going to be noise. The location was perfect! We encountered no issues during our stay in would definitely book again. Rob and Val were very informative and easy to get in touch with.

I loved the location! Right in the middle of all late night action, and a super quick walk right to the beach. We had a small ocean view, which was an added bonus. The property it’s self (room c201) was much larger than I expected, which was a pleasant surprise. A full kitchen, large living room with two couches, a nice sized bed room with additional tv, and small balcony with a great view of the night life. Small issues, some details of the room were dirty (vents and behind the shower) but honestly nothing to freak out about. Slightly bigger issue, a maintenance man knocked on our door at 11:15 am to come look at a lock on the balcony door, which ended up being fine, but then changed a single light bulb in the kitchen. Not a super big deal, but we didn’t call for this, he woke us up (which we probably needed to wake up and start the day anyway), but we were in sleep clothes. They didn’t call ahead of time or mention any maintenance upon arrival so it was kind of startling. The man, although polite, was also not wearing any staff shirt or anything to identify exactly who he was. He was in and out quick though, mostly just curious why this wasn’t/couldn’t have been done after check out, or between guests. otherwise absolutely loved this stay! a fantastic value! would stay again!

I have not stayed here but I was planning on booking for my upcoming trip. Based on the responses to guests, I would never book here. Whomever in management that’s writing these responses are making this location look very very very bad. I know I’m not the only person turned off and choosing not to book here after reading how management responds to people who’ve had a bad experience. No accountability at all for not one complaint. It’s the guests fault it happened or the guest is a liar or didn’t stay there. All these people are not lying about their stay or leaving a review on the wrong hotel. A lot of the complaints are the same but they are all lying about the same things. Yea huge red flag. My 1 star is based off of managements responses not from actually staying here. The good reviews are null and void after seeing how rude management is.

Stayed at the Bentley in May of 2021 and had a blast. This is a great spot to stay in South Beach! Also, Miguel Toledo who works there is so helpful and friendly. He really does add a special touch to the Bentley. He made sure we were well taken care of and helped out whenever help was needed! (It’s me, Smiley) 🙂 I hope all is well!

Booked at last minute and I wasn’t disappointed. The Bentley is at the beginning of the excitement of Ocean Drive seafront, benefiting from Central location, but without the noise from the streets below. The one room suite was spacious and clean – good size for our party of 3. The king size bed was super comfortable and the extra towels and bedlinen was of good quality. The kitchenette was useful addition. The biggest / most attractive aspect of The Bentley was the excellent service provided by the concierge and reception team – nothing was too much trouble. The loan of deck chairs and bikes for guest use was appreciated.

We loved the bentley. The hotels location is perfect. The rooms were updated, clean and comfy. They didn’t miss any details. The staff was top notch. They were friendly and accommodating, made us feel so welcomed. We loved the beach they even provided us with everything we needed beach chairs, beach toys, towel even umbrellas for the rain! The pool and roof top deck are beautiful. Pool is little but the kids loved it. The chess was a hit. Thank you Bentley staff especially Miguel for the warm stay and welcome! We will be back!

We stayed here for two nights before our cruise for our honeymoon. We loved it so much we didn’t want to leave. The staff was the most friendly and accommodating we had seen. Lolas was delicious and quick. We spent some time on the beach where the great service continued. It is located in a quieter spot of south beach which was perfect for us. We definitely plan to be back!

A very nice Marriott property in a great location. Minutes walking to any restaurant or major attractions. Room amenities are not new by any stretch but considering you will be spending your time outside, the rooms are just fine! Everyone is friendly and there is a Starbucks right off the lobby. Good exercise room and pool. Enjoy your business or vacation trip here.

Excellent stay. The service on the beach was phenomenal, special mention to Ronny for good service. We would always get a busy signal if we tried to call the front desk- but it was easy enough to go down there. It was in a quiet part of town but close to things. The pool was great and never super busy. If the chairs are all claimed at the pool then the staff will call you when some open up, usually within 10-15 minutes. You pay extra for an umbrella at the beach or a daybed on the beach. The room came with a small fridge, which was nice.

I was very impressed with this hotel. Check-in and check-out process was extremely easy. The room was very clean and everything looked great. We had all the amenities we needed and more. The location is good, many restaurants nearby, and a 5-minute walk from the beach. The location is a little sketchy, so be careful at night but that is normal for this area. Really enjoyed my stay here, and was very pleasantly surprised.

I highly recommend this hotel because it’s in an ideal location and the customer service is outstanding! The front desk staff, Jasmin and Johan, were extremely accommodating and went out of their way to provide a memorable experience. I was having a very difficult time with my flight among other inconveniences but they made everything all better. Will come back again! 5 stars!

I arrived to the hotel roughly one hour before check in and was told the rooms aren’t available till 3pm. No big deal since I was aware of that, but the manager let me do a “pre check in,” so that when the rooms were ready, I’d be able to just grab a key. Maybe 5 minutes later, Frederick told me he had a room and that for me being nice about the wait, gave me a free upgrade!! Once I got to my room, it was an entire suite with a separate kitchen and living room. So spacious and clean, the bed was perfect and the closets even had robes for you. The kitchen has everything you need if you did have to-go food or wanted to cook. There was a small bar, snacks, soda and water as well, but those are to be charged to the room. The living room has a flat screen and even had a stereo system. The bathroom was a nice size, so you could move around freely if there was more than one person getting ready and they also provided small complimentary beauty products. At night it was quiet and I never heard more than a few bumps from the neighbors in other rooms. I went to the roof top pool and the front desk gives you beach towels to use for the day, just turn them back in. Happy hour was from 6-8pm and all the staff was very nice. All in all, I enjoyed my stay and the staff went above and beyond! I will be back.

Nice modern hotel in a great location.. the rooftop pool is excellent! We would definitely stay here again. The only negative I have is the maid service didn’t replace our towels a couple of times so we had to track them down.

This is a review for the restaurant at the Betsy Hotel Restaurant. The breakfast here is amazing. The pancakes and French toast are both so pretty it’s almost a shame to eat them. They taste even better than they look. It was a pleasant and calm way to start the day both days I ate here. Next time I’m in Miami I know I will come back.

This was my first time staying at Loews Miami. 3 friends and myself stayed for 3 nights to celebrate my birthday. It was outstanding. Any issues or questions were answered via text. The ocean view room with a balcony was perfect. The pool and the beach were perfect. Everyone we interacted with from the staff was friendly and kind. Anytime I go back to Miami, I plan to stay at Loews.

This hotel is not what it use to be. We visited over this past weekend for our anniversary since this is where we stayed when we got married, the room was $2400 for 2 nights we reserved a double bed room with balcony and ocean view. I requested they do something discuss for our welcome they did nothing. Check in took very long as the lines were so long and only 2 agents working. The room view was just the top of a huge building with the water far away we couldn’t even really notice the water due to the huge top of a building it was such an eye sore. They did move us the second night ti whet was supposed to be a better view they told me to go run errands and when we got back our bags would be moved but when we got back nothing was moved and front desk was clueless. The new room with better view still had this huge building in the way. The shower had hair and the double beds are full size beds not queen. I would say it’s a 4 star hotel not 4.5 star. The lobby was nice and clean and the icecream in the cafe was good. The restaurant in the lobby area was a nice vibe. Valet takes at least 20 min so beware

We had a great pleasure working with Jesse planning our son’s wedding at Loews. From start to finish Jesse demonstrated superior professionalism and attention to smallest details. She was always available and responsive in a timely manner for advice, question, request. Being a destination wedding planned in a short period of time, Jesse played a major role in the success of our wedding! Our guests complemented on every aspect of the event, starting from the beautiful venue, to the quality of food and service of all the staff. We highly recommend Loews as a venue for your big day!
